A riddle
So a friend of mine has sent me on something of a quest, and I'm totally stuck. I have a lot riding on this quest, and I really need some help. So, everyone put on your questing shirts and your thinking caps.
1.) The Iberians would say "Find the fountain of souls" (or pehaps the soul fountain).
2.) Seek the fundamental element.
3.) The key is watched by the guardians of time.
Things that I've thought about. He seemed to add as a second though the bit about changing the order of the soul fountain. Why?
Iberians are either in Peru or Spain. Either way, Spanish. I *believe* "la fuentes del almas" is "the fountain of souls", yes?
In speaking the riddle, there was a definite emphasis on fun and mental in clue 2 that he doesn't normal put on "fundamental".
I believe there is some action on my part involved. he's hinted (though unreliably) that perhaps I should talk to people. He's also said that when I get it right, it will be obvious to me that I'm correct. Oh, and someone else, not involved in this, got it immediately.
Anyway, I'm stuck. Any ideas?
