Not the day I thought it would be
Last night I was looking forward to a wonderful trip to St. Louis. The drive on a beautiful day, finishing a book on tape I'd started a on my last cross-state trip, a magnificent evening with really cool friends. A Tale of Three Kitties
FINALLY, what I've been working toward and hoping for happened. I had all three cats on my bed when I woke up this morning. Very cool. Caleb, typical of males, wanted the room and me to himself. Sorry, I'm the alpha not you little one. The last time he drove Lluinja out of the bedroom, I locked him for a bit in the bathroom. Guess it worked! -
Hunting for Melvin (even while typing this)
Well, I'm down to the last few folks and another generation is done. But this guy is really a pain. Relazing before crashing
Oops. So much for posting every day - or even every other day. I've thought about it, but the wonderful world of genealogy takes over. Although I did finish the Theodor Spengler line Thursday, it wasn't until last night that I completed the cousins page and was able to send the "hey go look" email. I am SO pleased. Just finished the Theodore Spengler line. So I was up late and late for work - the paper, electronic, and web versions and the research is done. Now I just need to pdf the research book and print and file Jerri's emails. One cousin done. Neat. Of course, I'd better pause and do some house work before I start in again. Cornbread today
How not to make cornbread. First, try preparing it during the commercials. While I knew I had plenty of time, Master Chef was squeezing a one hour show into a two hour time slot, my focus was obviously not on the food.
