Saw the challenge
A good friend wanted to journal more frequently. What a neat idea. It truly is something I've wanted to do. However, it hasn't happened when no one was reading. Maybe if someone is, it will make difference. We'll see.
Random thoughts. Reminded Reiki takes time, I will spend more regular time with Caleb. However, he does seem to be gaining weight, so the worst may be over. After a decade, I'm finally attacking the genealogy website (www.verhulsts.com) Yikes. I can't think of all the data I've lost or I'll be paralyzed. Petit à petit l'oiseau fait son nid (or the English equivalent "Rome wasn't built in a day"). Unfortunately, last night I discovered one of my numbers was off. Eeek. That's a ton of corrections to come. Goal: complete the database by the end of the year. Today I'll focus on the information sent by a cousin and get her section completed.
At some point I want to go cemetery hopping. I found a cool site Find a Grave, but a bunch of my ancestors aren't included in the Wisconsin Cemeteries list. All I'll need is a camera, my notes, and cousins homes to crash at. The only question is when. Well, I'd better eat then off to complete the Spengler section.
