This set of pictures was taken on Wednesday after shortpacked and I arrived in San Diego. Early in the afternoon David went into the exhibit hall to begin setting stuff up at the Blank Label Comics booth, but I wasn't allowed in yet, so I wandered around the premises taking pictures. ComicCon was totally sweet. I'm now sitting in a Syracuse U computer lab, in between sessions at the AAPT conference. I think I'll be getting home sometime late on Thursday night? Before I move on to the brief tale of my last day, I should mention something I somehow forgot on the day nine entry. There was one last experience we had which has been shared by many, if not most, Tokyo inhabitants:

I'm now home in Columbus, and am going to write entries for the last few days of the trip. I plan to consolidate everything into a nice section of my website with inline image thumbnails and such, but I'd like to finish writing it all out in this format first.

A few things to add to my last entry:

In the Studio Ghibli Museum section, I forgot to mention the Catbus room! How ridiculous of me... So yeah, in "My Neighboor Totoro" there's this, um... cat... bus. Catbus.
