property sale, errands

This past week, I sold my rental property in California. According to my on-line bank statement, I got paid on Wednesday, but it didn't show up there until Friday. It's great to be out of the business of being a landlord, and great to be able to pay off the loan.

Today - the first day of SIFF press screenings - started really early, compared to my recent schedule. "J" and I drove to the park and ride, took much longer than usual finding a place (in the third lot we tried), and got on the bus.
