Still chuggin!!! My weight didn't change at all this month. I weigh myself once a month, and last month I was 69.1 k/ 152 pounds, and this month, I was.... exactly the same weight.
I *hate* exercising first thing in the morning, so it's ironic you'd suggest it! XD Nothing makes me crankier than trying to exercise when I'm tired, sleep deprived, and hungry/desperate for some coffee! I am unfortunately one of those people who starts thinking, "Man, I wish I could go outside for a run" at around 10 PM...
Am I suggesting you do Insanity first thing in the morning? Hellz no-- I wouldn't wanna do that either. D-:
I'm suggesting you do a gentle YOGA routine first thing in the morning! Stretch your body out, warm it up, get it ready for the day ahead! Try it for a week. Wake up 15 minutes early and do some sun salutation or something. You might surprise yourself! :)
Props on the workout success! It's always a little frustrating when the scale doesn't change, but they say muscle weighs more than fat, so maybe you lost a few pounds but gained them back in brawn?
And thanks for linking to YogaGlo. I've been contemplating starting something like that, and it seems to be a perfect fit for what I was looking for! No more excuses, time to hit the mat.
Yogaglo is the best!! This review of it that I wrote a while back, comparing it to another unlimited-yoga site, My Yoga Online, might be useful to you. :) http://starkodama.livejournal.com/905591.html
