You probably know that I'm addicted to hot yoga. I go to Lava pretty much every day for my fix. Lava has a 90-minute lesson called Regular Course. I did some research and found out that Regular Course is pretty much a direct copy of the original hot yoga, Bikram yoga. Only one pose differs between Lava's Regular Course and the Bikram series. I laughed at Roo-G's little entry.

Hi! We are going to be in Tokyo from 10/12-15 and 10/22-26. It'd be fun to come see yokohama, unless you're in the mood to do something specific in Tokyo. How about karaoke and/or the ramen museum? :) let me know if a particular day is good for you guys :) :)

haha now it's mine turn to be late with the reply!

I'm so happy we can hang! We need to check in to a new hotel that afternoon, so we can head over to Yokohama after that. if we end up being too late for the museum, we'll just have to eat dinner and sing more to make up for it. :) :) Oh, we decided to rent cell phones while we're in Japan. I'll send you a message with our numbers once we have them. Then it should be easy to meet up with you guys.

see you later, dude

The potential for stinkiness is one of the things that scares me about yoga. :( It's good if your normal studio is not bad, but I am overly sensitive to smells ...

Haha that picture with the birds is totally 電車のあるある。(笑)

The Higashi-Totsuka Lava either smells great (like aromatherapy-y) or doesn't smell at all. The Yokohama Lava smells like bleach a lot of time. :( But I'd take the bleach over the unholy stank of the Bikram place. D:
