Cheer or jeer it is entirely up to you. Some of the more mean spirited guests are thrilled by this sudden change of tactics something that is easily noticed by the lively cheers. While others may prefer to boo and seek out ways to help those trapped below. Some people are just party poopers…

This one isn't going to cheer. Genesis sat near the front, not worried about any close calls that the beast may make. He wanted to see how this fight would pan out now that it was the last of the tournament. His fox sat calmly next to him, nine tails swishing. The purple cat-like creature that Sephiroth had found sat on the fox's back. Somehow the two had bonded and given the size difference, the cat decided that the fox would also help protect it.

Genesis leaned back onto his elbows, a cheek resting on a fist. "This is going to be interesting."

Cecil and Rosa were near the front as well, but neither of them seemed to be of the same opinion that this was as interesting as it was horrifying. The paladin and white mage stood, Rosa's hands clapped over her mouth as she stared in wide-eyed shock at the great beast, Cecil beside her with his arms securely around her in case she tried to make a run for the floor. The white knight wasn't any more comfortable leaving Kain and the others to fend for themselves, but there was nothing they could do; others had tried to interfere and bound themselves blocked off from entering the battlefield to aid the champions.

When he heard the man not very far from them comment on the spectacle before them, Cecil was mildly aghast. "They could be killed! Is your entertainment for a day truly worth more than their lives?"

"Hm?" Genesis' bright eyes flickered down to the man in front of him and raised a brow. "Of course not. Sephiroth is an acquaintance of mine, I would rather not see him killed."

But that didn't mean watching the fight couldn't be entertaining. Sephiroth, was an extraordinary fighter and if the other two participates were skilled enough to have made it that far, then how could he worry about them too much? If blood was to be shed, then perhaps they shouldn't have participated at all.

And forget the fact that Seifer just barely recovered from the injuries from his last match. Forget the fact that he has no guardian forces, nor access to magic. Forget that Hades is a freaking god, Seifer was heading toward his box with a purpose, the Olympus Coliseum detachment of the IDPD close behind, consisting of a few travelers with magic powers, and some magical creatures native to Olympus. As soon as he got into shouting distance, he unholstered Hyperion with one hand and pulled out his police badge with the other.

"In the name of King Mickey, I demand that you release them! These refugees are his responsibility, and putting them in harm's way with no means of escaping now puts them under the jurisdiction of the IDPD. You'll either release them, or I'll make you release them."

Look, Seifer, you lost the battle its understandable to be upset about that. Hey, no one wants to lose, right? So why don’t you and your little entourage just turn around and head back to your seats. I’m a forgiving God… I can overlook this glaring moment of sheer stupidity… since you seem to have forgotten this is my Underworld and the only one who gives orders here is me.

Bye bye now, enjoy the show.

Boy, this tournament was just full of surprises. Zell, eager to get some one-on-one fighting on with a human fighter, was in for quite a shock when that ended up not being the case. Again.

"Oh, holy shit!" he blurted when a huge beast jumped into the arena.

He dove backwards and curled into a backflip to avoid the flames, landing on his feet just out of reach. This was gonna be... fun trying to get close to. Already, however, Zell had his eyes on the snake head. With all of them in there are once, keeping all those heads busy shouldn't be too difficult. ...Right? --Best to wait and see if anyone else had a better idea.

Just to be safe, he casted Protect on himself. It would lessen the blow if he got struck, at least.

One pale eyebrow rose as the situation revealed itself to be a rather obvious death trap, his idea to hang back toward the walls very shortly proved to be wise as the creature covered the area in front of it in fire.

This would be definite challenge, more due to the fact there were other fighters here with him and the beast than the fact the beast possessed three heads. Sephiroth was used to fighting monsters, but here he would have to keep his attention split on his target and those with him to make certain his actions didn't endanger them.

He studied the beast silently as he moved slowly along the wall to flank it, but making certain to stay out of the reach of its heads. First thing he was going to go after was that snake-headed tail, since he had a rather good idea the serpent could and would poison anything it bit. Once it was out of the way, they could more safely deal with the rest of the creature.

Well, she called it. Sort of. She was no idiot. She knew this Hades was particularly cruel, and she had even gotten herself a sword in preparation. Without her Garnet Rod she had little defense, even with one weapon. She quite easily avoided the flames, and started going to the back of the creature.

When she got there she saw someone else had the same idea. Nodding to the warrior, she nevertheless stayed back, knowing that rushing while he was there could be...problematic at the least.
