Round 3 - The Trap - Final Match
The finalists from the last round are ushered onto the stadium floor. Each fighter is announced in turn allowing them the chance to mug for their loudly cheering fans who were watching from the stands with rapt attention. Who would be fighting against whom? Who would be the ultimate victor and take home the coveted Hades Cup Trophy?
Well… not so fast! Did you think Hades was going to play fair?
As soon as the final fighter is presented to the crowd the announcer ducks swiftly out of sight just in time for a massive creature to bound onto the battlefield.
The Chimera lowers its lion’s head to roar menacingly at the group of fighters standing in front of it while the snake’s head at the end of its tail snaps its mouth closed and the goats head breaths a smoldering column of flame into the air.
The trap has been triggered. You the strongest fighters have all been gathered here to become Chimera chow.
If you try to escape the battle you will just bounce off of the Kingdom Hearts style barrier that appeared around the arena after the monster landed. Anyone seeking to help you, fans from the stands, will also be unable to break through this invisible shield. Have fun with that~!
[OOC Rules: Its you fighters vs. the three-headed fire breathing Chimera. Defeat her and the Kingdom Hearts style barrier around the battle area will disappear allowing you to escape. Otherwise… she will just eat you all.
If you intend to injure another player during this you should still discuss it with them first. The Chimera herself is fair game though. This is a melee battle log. The Chimera might post a bit so make sure to watch out for her attacks.
The fighters who won the last round are the ones trapped in the arena in this round. In case there were ties in the last round both players can be trapped in the arena to fight the Chimera OR you can opt out of it.]
