Promulgation of the Law
What does it really mean to promulgate the Law of Thelema? Too often, I think this idea becomes an excuse to be condescending, to self-aggrandize, and generally play to the cheap seats. The Law is for All, but not for everybody. Who's the target audience here, and if we're serious about promulgation of the law, how do we reach that audience?
