I actually got off my duff, and walked for about 20 minutes or so. Not as much as I want to get to, but better than nothing I have been doing. My goal is to walk 2 miles a day, and I know the route I want to take, which I used to take before, so I know it can be done. I also want to take a Saturday or Sunday morning and take a walk with the family

I, also, had a major headache after leaving there. I think if we're going to do stuff using flame and/or chemicals, we need to make sure there's a fan providing adequate ventilation.
