Roundtable theme: Supernatural Temporary AUs
There have already been some great fics inspired byt the wonderful episode "It's A Terrible Life", where the boys find themeselves in an alternate universe that looks a lot like The Office. So i thought for this week's roundtable theme, we could swap recs for Supernatural AUs. I am particularly interested in what I think of as 'temporary' AUs - where the boys find themselves in situations like they did in this episode, or in the Wish Verse of WIAWSNB. Some amnesia fics where one of the boys starts living another life would fit the bill too.
One of my favourite examples was last year's BigBang fic Ashes of Another Life by lostt1, set during the Stanford years - when Dean turns up, he finds Sam no longer a Winchester, with no memory of his former life.
