I've been at my new job for about 2 months now. So far I like it a lot. Sure all the usual annoyances of tech support have arrived after the short honeymoon. It's just hard not to become a jaded ts guy when people talk to you like you broke their computer repeatedly. Of course I'm courteous and polite, but hating from the back of my mind at times. Burning Man 2011 came and went, with much fun being had by everyone involved. In my circle anyway.
Leading up to this year’s burn, my fiancé Deanna and I spent many weekends working on projects,

New Beginnings
I got a new job. It starts in exactly 2 weeks. I'll be doing help desk at First Republic Bank in downtown SF. This job is a 36% increase in pay from my current job. It starts as a contract position and if all goes according to plan I will be take on as a full time employee of the company. Failed Changes
I had a really good interview for a possible job in the city but was not chosen. Man that fucking sucked.
It's hard to imagine someone is really a better candidate than me. I'm sure they could be more qualified, or maybe they asked for less money, but overall, in the grand scheme of things, I'm hard to beat.
Meh... back to it I guess. -

I feel so guilty when I'm not blogging. Why is it that I don't blog, but I think about it all the time? I guess I feel like making time to chronicle the silly mundane steps of my day at work are not that interesting.
