Gym 5.0

This week I joined the gym again for the 1000th time.

I'm now a member of Planet Fitness. The coolest part is this gym is 2 blocks from my work. I have gone 2 days so far this week. My routine is this:

I do the circuit training workout for about 30 minutes, which is a full body fast weight lifting routine with small cardio mixed in. Then I do 30 minutes of some sort of cardio, either bike or eliptical machine.

Today I'm hella sore so I'm only going to do cardio. I may push it up to 45 minutes today because of that. So maybe 45 minutes on bike tonight.

My work just cancelled overtime for all contract workers, so that fucking sucked. This sucks because I had 2 Saturdays lined up now, so now I have to take a Thursday off to avoid getting OT. lamesauce.
