Art school is hard. So is regular college. I always want school to start by the end of summer and then by the first week of school I want summer again.

Or at least Christmas.

I would even take Halloween, if I could just zip forward and time and be there.

Sigh.

So I discovered even with the tremor I can paint, it just has to be acrylics and I have to have a flat table, not an easel. Long story. ANYWAY I painted something and was happy with it for several days. Now must paint something else but I do not know what.

Any suggestions? Anyone? You could be more helpful than you might think.

So I'm supposed to be painting but my hands shake from the drugs I'm on. And I can't go off them, at least not for several months minimum. And I'd probably have to restart them then ( Read more... )

Well I did just post something creepy, but TODAY in Life Drawing our model flaked out on us so we didn't have a model for the first two hours (we called in one of our regulars on short notice so we had one for the second two) so our teacher pulled this skeleton out of the closet (I know...) and strapped it to this big metal easel with thick art ( Read more... )

So I met this guy the other day who is reading War and Peace but he's only reading one page a day (two I guess, front and back) and once he finishes the page he rips it out of the book and fashions it into a paper soldier, then sticks it on his wall.

It was a creepy wall.

goodbye for now, I wish I had seen more of you but I was lazy/reclusive. To re-brief you on my life I am going to a place full of rain where I will live in a small studio with two cats and go to art school and hope to find a roommate (or roommates) next year, hopefully some who are chill with cats.
