Average Fat Calorie Percentage - 18.14%
Overall Fat Calorie Percentage -18 %
Starting Weight - 265 lbs
Current Weight - 249 lbs

So, 3 lbs down from previous and over 15 from starting. I think the SlimQuick only helps to keep the water weight off; I think it speeds my sugar burning too much.

As of ~10 am, we have about 8" of snow on my patio. :D Likely to get another 3-5"

Yesterday's observations:

• fine snow in streetlight looks like glitter
• street lights are meaningless if snow is sticking to the grass, even if the road is clear
