New Year's Resolution Update

I’ve been on a new diet and exercise program since mid-January. Here are the highlights.

I lost 14 pounds. (That’s good!)

I re-reviewed my targets and have to lower my calorie intake by 100 calories. (That’s bad.)

With exercise, I can usually still meet my new target without any problems. (That’s good!)

I also updated my weight in my exercise program and I’m burning less calories with less resistance to work through. (That’s bad.)

I have a buy one, get one half off coupon for frozen yogurt, also known as frogurt. (That’s good!)

The frogurt is from a company that has proselytization on some of its merchandise. (Can I go home now?)
