I know Wendover looks like a highway, what with its exit ramps and occasionally going to six lanes, but it's not. I'm sorry if 55 is not speeding fast enough for you.
Likewise everyone on Hilltop - The posted speed limit is 35. No, I'm not going to go 55 or even 50, no matter how far up my tailpipe you drive. I try to keep my speeding within reason. There's a passing lane; use it.
There's no reason to do 20 just because there's snow/other winter weather when the road has not accumulated any ice or snow at all. If you're going to do that, at least put your hazard lights on. Better yet, don't go out.
Fun fact - The aerodynamics of my car are such that snow literally flies over my car when doing 80 on the highway.
