Back update
Well, I think I figured out why I'm having so much problems with my back and getting over the horrible spasm I've been having.
Mah boobs too big.
Solution = new bra. I managed to find a couple without underwires, which is a miracle if you have anything bigger than a C cup. Seriously, making them look bigger is not something I need or want help with. So far, though, it seems to be helping.
What I really want are those anti-gravity discs Wonder Woman must have hiding behind her eagle.
