This is not in and of itself a bad thing. I consider myself an enthusiastic amateur - which is appropriate in this Olympic season. This evening I will collect our Au Pair from the airport. Her long journey ends and ours begins!

I have said goodbye to all that as far as FaceBook is concerned. There are many, MANY reasons behind this, but chief among them all, it was making me feel miserable. I decided to give it up for a week. I feel like I've taken the cure! Every aspect of my life has improved. I am not quitting social media altogether (QED!) but FB is no longer for me.
