Hiya guys. Ok... so my last post was about me losing 7 lbs in my first week by going to a weight control clinic, anyway, I went thursday and I had lost another 3 lbs. That makes 10 lbs total in 2 weeks. Yay! Then I weighed myself this morning before I jumped in the shower and it read: 229.4. Finally Im in the 220's!!! weight loss update
I quit WW. But dont worry, Im still doing the weight loss thing. A friend of mine wanted me to go with her to a weight loss/control clinic and thought I would try that out. We went july 22nd. Paid 80 bucks to see a doctor, get a diet plan, get diet pills and vitamins and a b-12 shot. after that we have to go back every week and buy more pills and ( Read more... ) -

Tonight for dinner I made Chicken and Cheese Quesadillas. I thought they were good. Aaron didnt. Which makes me sad. I think the thing that threw him off was the whole wheat tortilla. It didnt taste like a regular tortilla, but whatever, I liked it. Thats all that counts ( Read more... ) -
