Ok, so friday(01/08/10) I decided that I wanted to attend weight watchers meetings. Theres one at the Holiday Inn Express at 5:30pm on fridays. Thats perfect for me. Anyway, so I go.
I had to cancel my online membership and I signed up for a monthly pass which lets me use weight watchers online and go to meetings. pretty good I think.
Ok, I weighed in there at 265.0. I guess thats the weight I need to go by now because Im going to be weighed every friday when I go. I got a whole bunch of nice information and a ww pocket guide.
We're doing a 10 week challenge by tracking everything we eat and drink. So I have my 2 days all tracked so far. Online and in my tracker booklet.
I also ended up buying stuff there too. Lol. Shame. No, this spending is for a good cause.
I got a points calculator which is awesome. you just add the calories, the fat and the fiber and it will tell you how many points a certain food is.
I got a food scale. that thing was 40 bucks but it was worth it. I make alot of dinners from recipes that I got off ww and sometimes it says like, 2 oz chicken, or 3 oz buttermilk... I dont know how much that is... so the food scale can tell me! Also, if you put like an orange on it, you can type in orange and hit points and it will tell you how many points that orange is depending on the weight. HOW COOL IS THAT! VERY USEFUL! AAAAAND, if your doing a recipe from scratch, you just put everything your making, and add it all up and it will tell you how many points the recipe is. I havent tried that one yet because I follow other's recipes, not make my own. Lol.
Ok, anyway, so I weighed myself today on my own scale and it said I weighed 263.6. I hope my weigh in on friday is a good one. I hope I lose and not gain!
So I planed my 5% goal. To lose 5% of my weight I need to lose 13 pounds. to lose 10% of my weight I need to lose 26 pounds.
Do you think I can do it? Oh I hope so.
Im probably gonna do some Wii Fit tomorrow, and then on tuesday go to the gym after dinner.
OH! I bought The Biggest Loser game for the Wii last week. Its hardcore.
On thursday(01/07/10) I went to the gym with my friend rickie. My legs were sore from the day before because I did some of the biggest loser game. (squats and stuff) So we worked out and it burned! Lol.
I did 30mins on the treadmill (I always do 30mins) and I did 100 sit ups, and we did some weight stuff. Then we left... went to Vons and got stuff to have a healthy lunch. We went to a park and had lunch there and after we played a whack game of tennis. Lol. We arent very good. LOTS of running to get the ball though, Lol.
So by the end of the day my legs were like falling off. But it was a good pain!
My friend wants me to go down and visit her on wednesday. Depending on when, I need to decide if I should go to the gym before or after. I need to get some workout at the gym in.
Anyway, I guess thats all for now.
