Truth be told the last couple weeks I have been in pain. I keep injuring my back do to what I believe to be muscle imbalance between back and chest. Its odd to even think about how dedicated to my work outs I have become. Im always learning more and more. wish some of it did not come at the cost of pain but im assuming can fix it.
