Who: "Dist" (well, Ion, but it looks like Dist) and anyone else. Where: Somni, at the main library. Style: Either~! Status: Open. Come and make him feel even more ridiculous. :>
Frederic had been going to various libraries in search of books about the history of music in his world. For the most part, it was simply for his own interests as a musician, though he also was trying to lessen the likelihood of being surprised, as he had been quite a few times in recent days, by the ways he had been remembered. However, he found himself becoming deeply absorbed in reading about the history of other composers that he had looked up to, such as Mozart.
But this day was different, because as he was scanning through the many books on the shelf of the library, he saw someone he recognized.
"It's a pleasure to see you again." Frederic said, to the person who he thought was Dist. "Are you here to find research materials for your inventions?"
"You're not..? My apologies, I didn't realize..." Frederic was trying to think of something proper to say in this situation, but of course he couldn't. He barely even understood what was going on. How could it be possible for someone else to be in Dist's body? In spite of the fact that this made no sense, a lot of things in this world made no sense to him, so he was getting accustomed to it. "It is nice to meet you too, however, might I ask who you are? How did you come to inhabit Dist's body this way?"
Rune had been exploring the city off and on these past days, because well, there was little better to do other than meeting people and talking to them on that weird device. He still wasn't quite used to this place, but he was settled a lot more than he had been previously.
At this point, he decided to check out one of the libraries. Though he preferred to learn by actually experiencing things for himself, and had the advantage of having much experience to have seen also, here he was at less of an advantage than he was in his own world. He'd have to remedy that and reading was indeed a good quick way to do so.
He was glad to see a familiar face, if he recalled right, that man was currently Ion, since he remembered the card only worked for a week and they hadn't been able to find a way to deal with it more quickly. He walked over to the man who at this time was actually eye level with him. "Good to see you again, it is still Ion, right? Or am I speaking to Whiny now?"
Rune couldn't help but smile. Ion was just the type that made you feel completely comfortable around him, even if he did look strange as he was right now. "I'm sure it will be gone soon."
He nodded. "Not much else to do around here, and if I want to go home someday, may as well find out some more about this place."
Saber had been wondering about Ion. He hadn't been home, and she was worried about him. The only places she could think to look for him were the village and the library. With the village fully explored, she was left with only the library so she headed there.
The library was quite expansive, so she started her search one aisle at a time.
She stared for a moment at the man in front of her. He looked vaguely familiar, but she couldn't for the life of her remember where she might have seen him before. But he spoke like he knew her...
