Where: Espoir
Style: Anything is fine
Status: Open:-D

[A tall, purple haired demon is lounging on the rim of the fountain in Espoir's main square. His pose is languid and natural looking - one would never suspect it's taken him several hours to get it into a state that he's happy with. He seems to be ( Read more... )

[And this will be an irate redhead, with bruises and bandages all over his face, trying to grumble privately to himself, but just moving anything on his face makes him flinch in pain... which makes him flinch even more.

Poke, prod, abuse?]

[He stops dead, his brain going "omg replica?!" and the familiar voice. Of course, Vyers looks nothing like him, and that's the only thing that saves him from being skewered on sight.]

...who the hell are you?

[Quite affronted at the blunt reply.]

Hmph, perhaps the injuries to your face have affected your manners? Well...I shall forgive you this time. I am the Dark Adonis, the demon lord Vyers.

[He waits patiently for the respect his title should clearly insipre.]

I cannot resist omg. <3 chronalogical March 30 2009, 01:18:55 UTC
[Chrona noticed the tall, purple-haired... guy sitting on the fountain. He couldn't be a demon, though. Demons sprouted from your back and turned into swords and messed with your nose and turned your blood black. So he couldn't be a demon. Although, this guy did run the risk of falling into the fountain, just sitting there like that. What was he even doing?

So, in short, Chrona is kind of staring. This may or may not provoke the guy into talking to him.]

Vyers smiled slightly to himself at the sight of the clearly awe-struck young...boy? staring at him. It was always nice to see true appreciation, and somehow he always seemed to find it no matter where he went. Perhaps he could assemble a court in this strange place? There was only one way to find out.

"Do you plan to simply stare at moi all day? Or will you be introducing yourself?"

"What?" He had sort of been lost in thought, and almost started thinking of the guy as a statue. So he was a little more than surprised when the 'statue' started talking.

"S-Sorry!" Oh, and the statue or... wait, he should probably stop thinking of the guy like that, had asked his name. So he should do that too, "I'm... C-Chrona. Sorry!"

"No need to apologise - many have been struck dumb at the very sight of me." The young man seemed quite nervous...understandable, of course. Vyers rose from the fountain rim and brushed his hair back from his eyes.

"I am Vyers, the Dark Adonis. Where exactly is this place?"

Hahaha! Now it is obvious why I have arrived in this place! The presence of my rival has called me here - ours is a fight that will never truly be ended. Surely this is what is called fate!

[Rena didn’t want to be rude, but it was kind of hard for her not to stare at the tall man standing by the fountain. The only time she’d ever seen anyone with pointy ears like that was in Keiichi’s manga. Part of her really wanted to go over there and poke them, but that would be impolite of her]

Clearly the young lady was entranced, and Vyers couldn't blame her in the slightest. In her shoes, he'd be doing much the same. As pleasing as the attention was, he was a gentleman, and couldn't in good conscience leave the poor girl there to pine over him. He rose, and a few elegant strides covered the ground between them quickly.

"Good day, mademoiselle," the words accompanied by a sweeping bow. "Allow me to introduce myself. I am Vyers, the Dark Adonis...it's a pleasure to make the acquaintance of such a lovely young lady."

Such charm! Surely the young lady would be most impressed.

And that she was. A very noticeable blush appeared on her checks as she took in his performance. His presence was that of another world and it was almost hard to believe that he really existed.

"O-oh, w-why thank you. It's nice to meet you, my name's Rena."

"Rena...a beautiful name indeed." Vyers smiled at the young lady in front of him, amused at the shade of her cheeks. "Might I enquire of you as to where exactly we are?"

Danny is passing by on his way to someplace or other when he his eyes fall on the 'casually lounging' demon. He eyes the man curiously, before noticing something he finds very important. The boy adjusts his route, heading towards him with clear intentions of talking with him.

Danny wastes no time when he reaches the demon. "Uh, excuse me, but that fountain rim's a little slippery right there. You could fall in."

Vyers frowns slightly as he considers the boy's words, then smiles confidently at him.

"Your concern for my welfare is gratifying, but I assure you that one such as myself would never be so ungraceful as to slip on anything."

Danny sort of stares at him, raising his eyebrows. "It's not really a question of grace. Just the tiniest wrong move, and..." No need to finish his sentence, really.

"My dear boy, I am a nobleman of the demon world. No matter how tiny, wrong moves are not something I am ever prone to make." Vyers spread his arms, smiling. "Might I ask why you take such concern for a stranger? It's not a trait I've often encountered."
