running takes it all away for me. i could be mad as hell and as soon as my feet hit the ground and my legs kick into motion it all disappears, like it was never even there. and as i let go all of the pent up feelings of anger, or happiness even it feels as if i could run forever. like nothing can stop me and im totally and completely in control.

There's something special about being at the beach during sunset. It gives me such a romantic feeling. Ive always feared that the people I am close to would die without me ever saying goodbye to them.
