A friend of mine needs a job within the next two weeks or bad things happen. If any of you know of a position that fits the criteria below, please let me know.
"35-40 hrs/week, computer-related (hopefully repairing systems/networking etc.) Paid. Minimum of 10 weeks. Bus accessible within KW. Starting within 2 weeks." -

My head has been pounding for almost two days now. I have no idea what has brought this on. Phoning a gagillion RMTs and MDs at work isn't helping. Today was a real treat though. Tonight I finished 'Haunted' by Chuck Palahniuk. I haven't read a book just for the fun of it in ages. Don't get me wrong, I love reading about Christian Nationalists and contemporary Pagans, but when I'm doing research I rarely want to spend my "free time" reading something else. Yesterday was my second ballet class. I'm finding the difference between my usual dance-mode and ballet's quite maddening. What do you mean my hips must always be level?! I woke up this morning with one side of my throat on fire. It's still not happy and I've got a nasty case of the chills. Thanks hubbie for sharing your call centre plague with me. I went to a ballet class today. Yeah. Ballet. I haven't done ballet since I was perhaps five. I vaguely remember not liking the structure of the classes so much.
