More Violence!
Yesterday was my second ballet class. I'm finding the difference between my usual dance-mode and ballet's quite maddening. What do you mean my hips must always be level?! I also have this unfortunate tendency to jump on my own foot when jumping into 3rd or 5th position. That needs to be corrected quickly. The classroom is rather small and we have to take turns practicing on the bar. While demonstrating a drill that included a kick, my instructor kicked me in the arm. It caused completely superficial damage, and was rather funny. As much as it hurts my mind and my body, I think I like ballet. I think I do.
So today, the Doc and I are driving around KW delivering whiplash information boxes to auto body shops. The roads were really terrible this morning and the Doc isn't the best driver in the world. On the way back to the clinic, the car skidded and crashed into the snowbank in front of the building... right next to the sign that says "Car accident?" I'm fine. The Doc is fine. His car suffered minor damages.
I wonder what tomorrow will bring. Perhaps I'll go crazy at work.
