[Hayate wants to say hello, too, and barks. He's run off after enough strangers today to catch on that he should cut that out, but not quiet enough to stop his excitement. He also continues to wiggle excitedly, a ball of excited fluff.]

Ash's little friends--Pokemon? That's what he called them--are all very friendly.
Though Black Hayate won't take up much space. My apartment was small at home and he never seemed to mind.

Hawkeye, on the other hand, is a little confused. She's never seen a dog? Where the hell is she from? But then Hawkeye really takes not of the flaming mouse creature, and puts two and two together.]
