I love it when these teams match up -- it's always a nail-biting experience.  And even though, in the end, we lost, I've gotta say -- we made them FIGHT for it!  And I love that.

You know, I like the Packers.  I really do.  I root for them all the time.  The Packers fans in town for the game came out to my restaurant in droves.  They ate all our steaks and were generally quite nice and good tippers.  I've got no problem with the Packers.  EXCEPT when they're playing the Chiefs!  I didn't get to watch this game.  Just heard ( Read more... )

Come on, that was ugly, boys!  Yeah, we won, but that 3rd quarter?  Just what was going on?  If Paige hadn't picked up that interception later on the Raiders could have won.  The Raiders!  Still, a win is a win, and the Raiders always dig there heels in when they play us ( Read more... )

See what happens when you get an early lead?  Your defense can keep you on top without running themselves ragged!  And it's good to see LJ running again -- 120 yards or so sounds so much better than 10, doesn't it? We've got less than a quarter to go and we're down by 17!  Few years ago, and I would have laughed -- no problem, not with that high flying offense.  But now . . . we're getting shut out!  In ARROWHEAD! The fans are walking out of the sullen, silent stadium.  How utterly frustrating.
