My eyes are knackered again. Well one of them is.
The weekend before last the vision in my left eye got a little cloudy & I figured it was my corrective lens but the next day my eye was really raw so I went straight to the eye emergency room where the comment usually is "Blimey! You've been here a few ( Read more... ) -

as I mentioned in posts past I am thinking of doing the Nanowrimon thing next month (write 50,000 words of a novel in 30 days) and I am planning and plotting my story right now
but I want to start building up the writing momentum before I start.

I've dropped another pound
bringing me in at 15 st 4lbs
which is 10% off my starting weight
i think that counts as a win for today. -
Dang.
Still at 15 stone 5 lbs.
So I've maintained this weight for the last two weeks
I should be annoyed as this means I haven't gained any
But I really thought I'd lost some this week
Oh well, let's see about next week

I heard a great word today, i heard it from a female canadian nerdcore rapper (I meet the most interesting people online), its a good word, it's greek:
KAIROS.
It means the right or opportune moment.

still alive and kicking
This week my weight stayed the same at 15 stone 5lbs
i suspect this was down to the quick drink down the pub on friday with chris, that became a lengthly 4 pints... yeah it worked well as a plan...
in other news i am going to see the comedian Lee Evans tonight with my brother. this is weird as me and my brother aren't excessively close so much as we ( Read more... ) -

I swear tomorrow I am not posting, but yesterday i downloaded some editing apps for my ipod, went for a walk to do this month photography group assignement, so i shot lots of video while i was at it and today i played around with it and here we go. ta da! -

okay so there is a brief blog today, forgot about the whole diet thing!

I am now down to 15 stone 5lbs
which means not only did i lose the weight i gained the week before last
but i also sailed past what i was the week before that.
yayness, i guess the sexy french receptionist on friday was right :) -
100 of 90 : ONE HUNDRED!
So I have now successfully blogged every day for one hundred days (more or less, baring technical issues). So what have we learned?- I REALLY don’t want a full time job that leaves me a part time life, but if you do what you've always done, you get what you have always got, BUT change is going to come, we can't stop it.
