This week my weight stayed the same at 15 stone 5lbs
i suspect this was down to the quick drink down the pub on friday with chris, that became a lengthly 4 pints... yeah it worked well as a plan...

I love going through my boxes, I know I should throw most of them out as I just go through them every few years and don't actually use the stuff anymore, but it's hard to bypass our memories in that way!
