Haha sparkles. Haha festivals. Haha treats- well okay, maybe not that last part.

Goose reclined up inside of the trees, enjoying the pretty cherry blossoms and eating cotton candy, elephant ears, nachos, and other such things from vendors.

Not exactly the traditional way of celebrating, but whatever.

[OH HEY THERE. Matthew had finished his stolen food, and was getting bored with a singular perch, so he had decided to see how far he could get without touching the ground. Out in the courtyard he hadn't gotten far, but in the denser part of the park, it was proving fairly easy to slide or hop from the outermost limb of one tree to the next ( ... )

[Goose wasn't the kind to celebrate traditionally... sometimes. Last time the festival came around, he did spend it a little more typically. It just kind of depended on his mood. He liked to be, erm, different at times.

He also admittedly jumped once Matthew made his presence known. HE DIDN'T EVEN, WHAT. How did he get behind him so quietly?!

He manages to force out a grin regardless. Can't look like a wuss now.]

[That little jump was what Matthew lived for. So good to know his sneaking abilities are still up to snuff. He admires Goose for not losing face however, and he doesn't want to appear too pleased with having startled him. In retrospect it really wasn't the best idea to go alerting the security guard to his powers of sneak like this, but he just couldn't help it.

Ploy 'innocence by ignorance' is a go!]

From behind you of course, sir. These trees sure are lovely, I've never seen anything like them.

[And a healthy dose of subject change never hurt anyone. It seems like Goose is trying to laugh it off, so there's a good chance he'll take the opportunity to steer the conversation in a new direction.

The bit about never having seen trees like this is a lie, but it's easy for him to put on an awed face, and gaze around absently at the flowers.]

Misty can be found on the listed dates near a beautiful, shimmering lake dotted with floating blossom petals. She sat by the water with some treats sweetened with natural fruit juices and other healthier alternatives. Delicious.

Cherry blossom festival was a very pretty time of year, after all. She might as well savor it while she had the chance.

"It's so pretty, isn't it, Qu-"

"QUAAAAAAAAAAAAG."

"... sire?"

Misty stared at her Pokemon awkwardly as it sat beside her. Maybe she brought the wrong Pokemon with her...

Amp is mainly just around to enjoy the beauty of nature's finest, yet rarest naturally occurring color. Pink wasn't exactly... as frequent as the lush greens and browns she got used to, but that didn't matter to her at all. It made her enjoy it more when she actually was around it.

Thus, she found piles of blossom petals and tried to gather them into a pile.

She'd then hop into them like she would with autumn leaves.

Nephenee saw a puff of petals explode into the air from where she was walking from getting a drink, and tilted her head. What on earth... she came over and stuck her head above the pile, inspecting it. "Hello?"

Neph hopped back a step when the yellow mouse popped out, nearly smacking into the farm girl's face. She settled when it appeared friendly, though. "O-oh! Hello there, lil' one!"

Either poke me with something you want our dudes to be doing specifically, or just run into her during the festival/reading times/plants, I am very cool with all of this.]]Thankfully Lash wasn't allergic or else she would have been forced to stay inside. And for the wunderkind who had been cooped up so long in her life, getting out and not having a war was something she appreciated (but war was nice. Old habits died hard). Even the lack of plants back at her home couldn't keep Lash from appreciating the flush of pink that was painted all across the fields, some of the sweet-smelling blossoms falling on her Neotank and turning it into a rather interesting way of camouflaging it. (They were a bitch to clean, admittedly). And that was nothing at the pile that collected each day in her hair ( ... )

Amp didn't get out entirely. However, she did peek her little Pika hand out of the sleeve and wiggled her nose happily. Oh hey, it was that poofy-haired girl. She forgot her name.
