It was probably a good thing she was optimistic.

But it was rude to leave someone waiting for you, so Kojiro made his way over to the table. He was a bit taken aback by the beautiful woman sitting there. For once, he had to take a moment to think of what to say.
"Ah.. Hello."
Smooth.

"I'm Zelda. It's very nice to meet you."

...Now he did!
This wouldn't be too bad at all. At least not until he looked at the prices, but that hadn't happened yet.

But here he was, checking the paper again. Group 3, Table E2. ... Much to his surprise, there was a rather.. plain looking brunette guy there. Why couldn't they have gotten him someone good looking...?
Raikov walked over to the table and looked down at Maxwell. "... You're here for the blind date, yes?"

He was staring out the window when Raikov approached, fascinated with the rotating view. "Hm?" It was... Rai...not. The fellow that bore a strong resemblance to Raiden. The art teacher? "Oh! Yes, I am. Hello! E2, is it?"

He was at least thankful Blacky was still in Kanto to his knowledge, not that that meant he wanted to be here any more. Maybe if nothing else he could grab some food, pocket the cash and leave before things got too awkward. No hard feelings, right? Just an... unwilling social experiment. His 'date' probably didn't want to be here either, whoever they were, for all he knew.
The blonde, for as much as he didn't want to be here, quickly found himself very distracted by the menu's contents. Everything looked... so delicious.

The fates did not like you. They did not like you a lot, or Ganondorf was just that good in the art of making someone's life utterly miserable. For the second you tore your eyes away from the menu, someone stared back at him, his Gendo look only...less threatening by the outfit he was wearing. It was chic, but so out of place.
"Well this is most certainly a strange way for us to meet each other again...Raiden."
Welcome to your mystery blind date, Raiden. I'm sure it's going to be very, very interesting. You'll be really earning those 100$.

He was in his human form and looking over the menu trying not to drool. It all looked really really good and he wasn't sure what to order first, but suffice to say, even if the company wound up being terrible at least he was going to enjoy this from a gastronomic perspective.

The dark-haired girl waltzed into the restaurant, tripping a woman on the way in. She pretended not to notice. Without even checking the table card, the Banette slid into the seat across from Sonny Moe, chewing on something. She picked up the card, stared at it for a while (chewing, chewing, chewing), and dropped it back on the table. With her mouth full of something, she gazed up at her date.
"Hey."

"Hey. Nice to meet you! I'm Sonny Moe."
Well, she wasn't exactly what he'd been expecting. But he was here to meet new people and so he was going to do his best to make sure she had a good time.
"Menu looks great! What are you eating? I think it's all expenses paid so you didn't need to snack first."
