You start out by going through the motions, but you end up catching the feeling in spite of yourself. It's a joyous thing to do your duty when you savor the meaning behind the action. I would want to be a mother who gives her children enough to be happy but not enough to be spoiled. I'd have to start dating and eventually get married to get there, but if I could do all that I'd still want to be a mother.
