Been exercising everyday, except for 2 days i had to do my notes.
I think ive lost 3 pounds in 2 weeks. Extrapolated In 6 weeks if i keep up my weight loss i could lose 9#!!!
ive been eating better: skinless chicken, lean meat, veggies (broccoli who are you kidding), salad, no cookie dough, no cookies, cakes, jamba juice, starbux, chips.
