The timer to our water heater (one of those "Little Gray Box" things) appears to have stopped working. I base this on the fact that the_lucky_nun had to take a cold shower and screamed Tony awake with her fury.

* Tony was playing basketball at school during gym yesterday, and rolled his right ankle (he did this 2-3 weeks ago, too). He cracked / clipped / chipped / whatever his tibia, and is now bed / couch-ridden. On the bright side, he gets his wisdom teeth removed on Friday, so he's got both at the same time.

Does anyone handle holidays well?

'Cause I'm ready to spank one child until my hand falls off, send the other to a gulag in Siberia, drink a bottle of wine by myself, and lock the doors and pretend that Thanksgiving isn't happening tomorrow.

Nothing more frustrating than trying to set up a new wireless network (our router sucked), deal with a recalcitrant 14 year-old, and get photos done for an art showing.
