Damned kids
Because I've gotten tired of Dominic rushing through everything he's supposed to do (laundry, dishes, room cleaning, etc.) on his way to do the things he wants to do (football, tv, friends, etc.), he is now sitting and doing nothing.
Basically, he's in such a hurry that it's as if I have to reteach him how to do everything every time it happens. He starts laundry and doesn't put it in the dryer, wipes down the counter byt leaves dishes in the sink - typical little boy stuff. I'm frankly tired of repeating myself every time he has to do something.
So, he's stuck in a chair. Sitting in the middle of the dining room, not watching tv, doing nothing. Maybe an hour of that will teach him to take an extra thirty seconds. Or not.
