Yet another plan changed
We never made it out to the Replay last night. After the burgers at Dempsey's (try the lamb burger while they're there - STELLAR), we walked around a bit, came home, and ate expensive Au Marche chocolate while we watched episodes of the Twilight Zone. I crashed around 10:30, and then the_lucky_nun went and picked up Thing 1.
I was supposed to attend a football game (starting now, actually), but I had to shoot off a bunch of e-mails, and when I stopped at the Pig for a drink, I ended up getting introduced to Tom King, and I sat and talked with him for what must have been an hour or so. Nice guy, and I think Tanya and I will be attending some art shows at the Burroughs house in the coming future, thanks to my chat.
Just got out of the shower, and I realized that Tanya probably won't be home on time, so attending the game and leaving Dom home by himself, and not getting dinner started, I probably wouldn't be doing anyone a favor. This is especially true, as Dom's spending the night at a friend's house tonight, and someone ought to be home to get him packed and ready to go before they get him at 6.
