My second semester of grad school starts tonight.  Sort of looking forward to it and sort of not.  I found a great opportunity for grad students with the National Park Service that I have to look into immediately.  Deadline is the 29th.  That alone has increased my interest in continuing in my program ( Read more... )

My job sucks right now... no more than usual, really, but I have nothing to do today, so that sort of makes it worse. With nothing productive to do, time tends to drag. Earned an A- in my watershed management class. Yay.

Since I was going to base taking a class in the spring on what grade I got for the fall, it looks like I will take either project management or land use something or other - both are core for the degree. I'm sort of excited but sad that I have to say goodbye to another $2k.
