I'm not saying it's for everyone. It was obviously aimed towards a very narrow audience. But the fact that that audience seems to include me and everyone I hang out with, well...

I remember my friends first pitching this game to me as a cross between The Three Stooges and Fist of the North Star. I can't really think of any better way to describe it. Plus, the combat customization option felt a lot like Baldr Force/Duel Savior, so I was right at home with that.
God Hand also serves as a litmus test for the kind of stupid that tends to flow in my social circle. It's pretty simple: if you don't like this game on some level, I'm not sure we can be friends. There's probably too much else we'd disagree on. Someday I'm gonna get my hands on one of those service bells just so I can ring it at opportune moment and see who else randomly cracks up.
