I don't mean what's on Maxis taste, where they go to the Sim bin.

I mean is there downloads where they're all in their lots and can go into any neighborhood.

So for awhile now I've been considering getting Sims 3. I've been hesitant because of all the love I put into the Sims 2 but after seeing all the Sims 3 pretties I kinda want to play get it.

My question is what are the must have CC/Hacks/Mods/ect for the sims 3 so my Sims 3 game can be as awesome as my sims 2 one

I know there was something that would change the walk from normal to that admittedly weird model walk, but I kind of need it again and I can't find it. I think it looked like a flamingo maybe?

My noobish self was wondering if there was a mod or a way to set up a town in sims 3 and set the limit for gay sims. Like I want at least this many sims in the neighborhood to have the same gender preference and have it be random and not me having to pick random sims and set their preference with master-controller individually.
