It's good to see you again, Wallace. I was starting to get concerned when I couldn't get in contact with the Hoenn league...[Trails off, moving on to the next topic]
How has Milotic been doing? [Grins] Gathering more contest ribbons, I suppose?

The league and I been out and about so recently, with our own endeavors, which is good. Still, it's rather empty here in Ever Grande-- I may have to take a trip out of Hoenn myself, soon.
[ His eyes light up at the mention of Milotic. ] Milotic has been doing splendidly! We've actually won every ranking there is for Beauty contests, which is quite an accomplishment, if I do say so myself! [ He takes a moment to beam proudly. ] I'm in the process of retraining the rest of my team to win the contests in Sinnoh, so who knows, you may see me there one day!
Anyway, enough about me. Tell me, how have you been recently, Cynthia? It really has been a while since we last conversed!

[Smiles widely, excited by the news of Wallace coming soon] That is quite the feat! Congratulations! But of course, it's expected from you. Please let Milotic know that I congratulate her as well, and feel free to contact me as soon as you arrive in Sinnoh. It has been far too long since I have seen you.
I have been doing very well; thank you for asking. There has been slight accidents with in the building, but it is all sorted out now. And as for Milotic... [Takes a pokeball, throwing it. The camera focuses on the Milotic that has appeared, Cynthia's voice in the back ground] is also very well.

[ Wallace gets closer to the screen, and marvels at Cynthia's Milotic with absolute reverence. ] Truly, your Milotic is a pleasure to behold!
[ There's a brief pause, and his eyes light up, as if he's remembered something. ] Oh! That reminds me! From what I have heard, Fantina is going to be visiting you soon, no? It wouldn't impose an inconvenience if I had decided to drop by as well, would it? Fantina offered, but I thought I would ask you if it was all right, in the off chance that you perhaps did not want me around! [ He laughs. ]

[ He pauses, like he's realized something. ]
Forgive me for sounding perhaps rude, but you're not part of any of the official leagues, right? How is it that you have a PNG? Does the association hand them out to trainers that apply for them? Clearly, I have no idea how they go about doing that.

[Smiles, then laughs] It's not a league-only thing. I'm sure anyone who wants to can just contact the Silph Company and purchase one.

[ It's hard describing it, but there's something about this man that just doesn't sit well with Wallace. An all-too familiar mantra runs through his head: Judging people before you know them is no way to go about life, and he knows that, but regardless, he thinks this time, his gut may be right about being wary around this guy. For now, Wallace will have to wait and see what this man brings about, before he can make a final decision on how to act around him. ]
[ A smile crosses his face. ] My apologies if I sounded... accusing towards you. I honestly was not aware that anyone other than those in the league were issued PNGs; if I sounded harsh, I truly did not mean it in a malevolent manner.

[May's waving enthusiastically at the screen, smiling widely. She's speaking loudly over the sound of rushing water--she's sitting on the edge of a fountain, though it's a bit difficult to tell unless you notice the sun glinting off the water. Oh, so that explains the sparkles.]
It's so great to see you again! How's Milotic and the rest of the gang? Any new challengers at the league lately? Tell me what you've been up to!

[ To say that he's happy to see her = UNDERSTATEMENT OF THE CENTURY. He has a HUGE grin on his face and he's all but flailing in excitement. ] My god, May, is that really you?! I just-- like a flower blooming most radiantly in the spring breeze, just look at how magnificently you have blossomed! It fills my heart with joy seeing you again~!
In fact, wait a moment, if you will!
[ The PNG's screen temporarily goes dark, like it was being shoved into a pocket, and one can hear the muffled sound of someone running. This happens for about two minutes, then a tiny "ping!" can be heard, and the sound of opening doors soon after. As well as footsteps, splashing can be heard. ]
Everyone, everyone! It's May! She's on the PNG right now!
[ Light is soon restored to the PNG's screen, to reveal a giant pool-like area; the screen is going about in all sorts of directions, but one can see Wallace's feet on the steps of the pool. In the distance, Wallace's team is swimming ( ... )

Congratulations on winning the contest! That must have been such a wonderful experience for all of you. Master rank! Oh, I wish I'd been able to watch! And I do have to say, Wallace, that your Pokémon look amazing. I wouldn't expect any less from you, of course, but goodness, they seem healthier and stronger every time I see them. [ His expression somehow manages to brighten even more at the mention of May's temporary role as a Gym Leader. ] And you were a Gym Leader?! Wow, that's so awesome! [ He laughs. ] Yes, it does take a massive amount of energy for our line of work, but I would be lying if I said it wasn't worth it!
And the festival sounds magnificent, as well! Maybe next year, I'll have to drop by and visit!
[ He takes a moment to beam at May. ] It sounds like you're keeping yourself busy with lots of work, and having fun, and that just makes me unbelievably happy to hear that! Your life has so much promise to it, May; truly, I hope you succeed in everything you aspire to do!
[ With a wink, and a grin. ] But do visit me, every now and then, won't you? I'll treat you to a most splendid time in Ever Grande~

No, you're correct: Steven was the champion before I was-- he's a good friend of mine, although I haven't heard a peep from him lately!

And he came up to me in the Resort Area saying that he had a villa that he didn't want anymore, so he gave it to me.

That's so much like Steven, too... he's a bit on the strange side, but he's one of the most kindhearted people I have ever had the fortune to meet.
To be honest, I think the best way to repay him is to just keep the villa in nice condition-- you certainly wouldn't want to let the villa fall into a decadent state! Like I said before, I haven't heard from him, but if he and I cross paths again, if you'd like, I will be sure to relay your words to him, Miss--

You would be most happy to know that there are beaucoup de contests in Kanto as well! I 'ave learned a lot from watching and participating in les contests! Les Pokemons native to Kanto are simply superb!
Mais, when will you be coming to Sinnoh again? I have much more to tell you, and show you les new magnifiques moves that my Pokemons learned!

Ahh, you did not 'ear wrongly! There are contests in Kanto, mais, they are not as advanced as les Super Contests 'ere in Sinnoh! Mais alors, they are not lacking in grandeur and fabulousness! We must travel down to Kanto together, and show les Kanto citizens the beauty that they 'ave never before seen! [She winked playfully.]
