...I was thinking about not using this thing until I got shocked, since I never got shocked from the mistletoe thing, but then I realized I had a question I needed to ask. I don't think it's like that.

But there are a lot of Westerners here, y'know? I'm curious, too, and we can't do much traditional stuff, I think, so it might be fun to do it in the American custom.

Why not? They did Christmas, there's nothing wrong with doing New Year as close as possible.
