Holy Week plans
No, I'm still not anorexic this year. The first quarter of this year is over but I've already tried skimboarding & parasailing & loved it. But I really want more movement. But I'm too lazy to go kayaking in Anilao (even if I want to go so badly this week), so I'll just go attend yoga every day starting tomorrow. Then I'll stuff my face on Good ( Read more... ) -

I have been staying at the wrong place in the island, after all. Will try the more remote beach next time. Though by then, I think, no more windsurfing & kiteboarding will be available in that part of the beach. Haha. -

Yule schmule
My Christmas week has been most crazy. I got people saying I was cute out of nowhere, especially after I had my hair done, but I was still recovering from my heavy week-long period before that. weight-watching is tiring
- Track EVERYTHING you eat. BE HONEST. You're only cheating yourself when you lie.
- Look for opportunities to move - walk, run, work out, play sports.
- Consider weight training. It's an amazing motivator.
- Make long-term maintenance your goal so you don't go off the rails when you hit your weight goal.
