Class 3, 6-19-08, 9:00 AM- This mornings class I did not try as hard as i had the two previous days. My legs and feet are sore, and do not want to balance or hold any poses. I am halfway thinking I might skip tomorrows class and let my feet and legs rest. we'll see ( Read more... ) -
Yoga/Vancouver
We are finally here in Vancouver and I started a new Bikram yoga class and I love it!! It is WAY smaller compared to the one in The Ham, but it is still good. I really feel like this is a good thing for me. I have also decided that I am going to do a 30 day challenge, meaning that i am going to do Bikram for 30 days straight. I'm Back....with a warning!
Last night Cody and I went to The Copper Hog to have dinner. The beer was great, the food sucked! Cody's fish and chips were only okay-served with a weird green pea/lemon puree and the fish was watery. I had the Bison patsy---only one word for this dish...puke.
