We are finally here in Vancouver and I started a new Bikram yoga class and I love it!! It is WAY smaller compared to the one in The Ham, but it is still good. I really feel like this is a good thing for me. I have also decided that I am going to do a 30 day challenge, meaning that i am going to do Bikram for 30 days straight. I want to feel
