For those few of my friends who don't also get cyberpilate's posts, I regret to inform you that Gary Gygax died today at the age of 69. I'm not much for hero worshiping people I didn't know but I think it is no stretch to say that he made much of our leisure lives possible. Rest in peace Mr. Gygax, and thanks for Gaming.

I did not get poked in the butt today. This makes me very happy. I was expecting it - dreading it - and it did not happen. So I went and saw the Fountain with arlla, her mother, and her grandmother. I'm afraid we did not enjoy it as much as CokeAndSympathy, in fact I'm not sure how much I enjoyed it at all.
