You didn't fail at a second marriage. He did. Huge difference.

I know, on some level, that it's not all me. It's just so hard sometimes.

What an incredible post! I now get a bit of why you feel so tentative about your complicated life. Lynn does sound like a perfect pain in the ass! But, on the serious side, I don't think you have to worry about Joh loving you -- anf putting up with Lynn's occasional presence in your life.
Anyway, I took the opportunity to "read around" your blog tonight, and I'm impressed by your articulateness. You write so freakin' well, sweetie!
And some things you've bumped into: "Jenseits Von Eden" by Die Ärzte. What a fabulous group: "The Doctors" performing "The Other Side of Eden" -- woohoo! (Yeah, I lived in Munich more than a decade ago...)
Anyway, we've been friended for a while now -- sorry it's taken me so long to get acquainted! I do seem to recall that I've loved your LJ forever -- you have THE BEST list of "interests" I've ever seen on LJ! (Including "women" -- for whatever that's worth!)
So write me back, huh?

I try hard to make sure I can express myself clearly here since often when speaking I get tongue tied or confused. I'm glad it works. Thank you for the reassurance, it's always appreciated.
I tend to have very eclectic tastes in many things. :) I used to have a huge collection of world music.
Feel free to read what you what, I'm pretty much a complete open book on here. :)
