Today was an easy day, just giving tests in every period. Tomorrow will be the same. I also copied all of my final exams today, so that's one thing to cross off the to-do list. Apparently the funding was renewed for research on an antivirus to Epstein-Barr. There was concern that it might get cut, but apparently it's still going. *lets out held breath*

(I just keep repeating to myself, Come on, guys, the answer has got to be out there. You can do this. *crosses fingers really, really hard*)

I go back to school tomorrow. I've been very happy this break as I usually get sick at the beginning of any vacation, and that didn't happen this break.

Naturally, therefore, I have shingles exiting the break.

While I still have an injury, and I still have my period, I feel better than I have since last week. I feel like I'm continuing to make progress, and I'm becoming stronger, more flexible, and my endurance is increasing. Dammmit, I thought I was over this injury. Apparently not sufficiently over it that my cramps this month don't bring it roaring back.

I don't have time to be injured right now. Unfortunately, my body doesn't listen to me.

I know, breaking news, right?

But I just find it strange how much easier it is for me to be productive when my deadlines are far away.
